Some parts on my order are listed as ‘in stock’ and others as ‘May Ship in 2-5 Business Days. What does that mean?

If a part is listed as ‘May Ship in 2-5 Business Days’ it means that we don’t have it on-hand, so we'll need to check with our suppliers. If one of our suppliers has the part, we can have it shipped to our warehouse. Most parts are received by our warehouse within 2-5 business days.  If it will take longer than the posted 5 business days, we will contact you with that information to get approval before we bring the part in.

If the item you requested is no longer available, we will have it removed from the website entirely.

Some parts may take up to 4 weeks to receive from our furthest suppliers. Most take less than 5 days.

If you select a faster shipping option like FedEx Overnight, this will not change how quickly a part arrives at our warehouse.  It will just affect the speed that it gets to you once the order has shipped.

We differentiate ourselves from the competition by going the extra mile to find the part you're looking for. Sometimes this means having to wait a little longer than you'd like, but for many of our customers, we were the only website who could actually source the part they wanted!
